Seeing truck after truck filled with love, navigating the winding, rugged, and muddy mountain roads, I feel deep gratitude for your compassionate protection. It is because of your kind donations that Bodhisattva practitioners have been able to carry out emergency relief in flood-stricken areas across Nepal.
看到ㄧ車又一車裝著滿滿的愛，走在蜿蜒崎嶇的泥濘山路上，內心深深感恩您的慈悲護念，由於有您的愛心捐助，菩薩行者才得以在尼泊爾各處水災災區，進行緊急救助。
On the afternoon of October 8th, Dr. Piya, a practitioner from the International Bodhisattva Sangha (IBS), brought the blessings of all the Bodhisattvas to the village of Bhimkhadka. Due to the terrible road conditions, with many sections of the road collapsing, the truck loaded with supplies got stuck in the mud and didn’t arrive until late in the evening. Despite these challenges, 50 village households devoutly and patiently waited, and all the relief supplies were distributed by 9 p.m.
10月8日下午菩薩寺行者Piya博士，帶著菩薩們的祝福，來到Bhimkhadka村落。由於路況實在太差，沿路許多路段坍塌，載滿物資的卡車卡在泥巴中，直到傍晚才送達。儘管如此50戶村民，還是虔誠耐心地等待，到晚間九點才將所有賑災物資發放完畢。
On the 9th, Dr. Piya visited Panauti, one of the hardest-hit areas. The practitioners personally handed your blessings to 70 affected households.
9日下午Piya博士又再次來到Panauti。這裡此次重災區之一。行者一個個將各位的祝福，交到70戶災民的手中。
Meanwhile, in another location, Dr. Dil, a practitioner from IBS, traveled to the village of Chukha. To ensure that the donations reached the disaster victims before Dashain, sparing them from hunger and cold during the festival, Dr. Dil’s family and friends worked tirelessly the night before to pack the food supplies at home. In this area, 70 disaster-stricken households successfully received the relief goods. Many of their homes were buried by landslides, with 12 people tragically buried alive. In one family of nine, only one person survived. Reflecting on such immense suffering, tears cannot help but well up. Amitabha!
同時在另外一處，菩薩寺行者Dil醫師，來到Chukha村落。為了能在達善節之前，把大家的愛心捐助送到災民手中，讓他們在過節時，別再受到飢餓風寒之苦，因此前一日晚上，Dil醫師的家人及行者朋友們，不辭辛勞地在家裡，將一份份糧食分裝打包。在這處才順利地將救災物資，佈施給70名受災戶。災民們的住家皆被土石掩沒，共12人遭受活埋，甚至其中一家9口只剩一人存活下來。想想如此悲苦遭遇，不由淚滿盈眶。阿彌陀佛！
